Born in Santa Clara County when it was still mostly orchard, I've lived here most of my life.   Members of my family can be found throughout the valley today.  Currently, I reside in a small little home up by Lexington Reservoir in a close knit community with a rural feel but only minutes from downtown Los Gatos.

 

Back in the day, as the suburban areas grew, many schools were built and many of those no longer exist.  I was in the first kindergarden class at Farmham, currently a Charter School, went to Ida Price, also converted to a Charter School and graduated from Camden High which is not the site of a large shopping center at the corner of Camden and Union. This newer center is kitty-corner from the original Cambrian Shopping well-known for its old-fashioned carousel topped sign post.

 

After working summers picking prunes and cutting apricots on some of the farms, I went to West Valley College in Saratoga, the same site where I'd harvested fruits as a younger teenager.  Eventually graduating from their, after a stint in the US Army, I also attended San Jose State College.

 

Entering the work force I worked in manufacturing before realizing I liked to help people.  Coming to that understanding I changed careers and worked with children in a variety of settings in Los Gatos, Campbell and San Jose for about 12 years.  It was during this time I married, my son was born and I changed careers again to help people in Real Estate.

 

Beginning in the finance area, I was fortunate to get in as the refinancing boom times of the 1990s arrived.  Additionally, I was fortunate to work with those interested in really helping people in an ethical way.  With that excellent foundation, I moved in the area of Real Estate and began helping people, like you, to accomplish their goals.  With experience in financing, as a Veteran with an overriding desire to help and a foundation in ethical and reliable service my career blossomed.

 

Now, I've close to 20 years and many satisfied clients.  I'm well connected in the local community of Real Estate Brokers and Sales people and have been called a "deal maker" by some.    Though I concentrate in the Cambrian  and Willow Glen areas of San Jose as well as Los Gatos and Campbell, I have bought, sold and financed many home throughout the area.  In fact, I've been successful from as far south as Holister in San Benito County, as far west as the coast in Santa Cruz County, as far North as San Anselmo and East to Concord in Contra Costa County.
